In the mood: Bushwick Staycation on Hancock Street

This past birthday weekend I decided to run for hills (away from this crazy city) and escape to Bushwick for a peaceful staycation on Hancock street. With Bushwick on the rise for an up and coming art, culture and fashion scene, I thought I would give you a little taste of my Bushwick experience. No matter when I decide to hang out in this hood, I never miss a night at Roberta's for some amazing stone oven pizza and hot toddies on the side.

Kurt Geiger London Girl

Lucite Sunglasses c/o Kurt Geiger London // Barr III lace top // New York and Company white blouse // BCBGeneration pants // INC for Macys jacket  // Vince Camuto cuff

What a phenomenal press preview and store opening I attended during NYFW, thanks to Launch Squad.  I wont peep too much, as I will be posting my experience at the store opening tomorrow in another blog post. Aside from the incredible treats, (shoes and dessert) and the awesome KG team I got to spend the afternoon with, they kindly gifted me my favorite pair of sunglasses on the shelf,

DANNI CHUNKY SUNGLASS.

I fell so hard in love, I shot them immediately after! I had a lot of fun pairing them with my black and white ensemble, and realized they are suitable for any look or outfit due to the chic, lucite detail, and gold rimmed arms. This brand has so much to offer, I have officially dubbed myself as a Kurt Geiger Girl.

Rooftop Reptile

Collar necklace c/o LAB by Laura Busony// Modern Vice boots via OAK NYC // INC denim // Macy's tweed jacket // BCBGeneration top // Ray Ban sunglasses // Michael Kors laptop bag

Sometimes I like treating my Lower East Side rooftop as if it were my backyard.. Where else is one suppose to explore as an escape from their standard-sized apartment?

Make like a reptile and slither through the city where-ever your textured/pattern denim may take you. Whether you're a Blogger-on-the-go, a Lawyer-off-duty, or a Superstar-in-the-making, choose a Michael Kors laptop bag (made for Macs) to get any job started, and finished successfully while on the run!

Metric: Gold Gun Girls

It was an easy task to strut and style such sassy, leopard heels. When it came down to styling my ensemble around Nine West's newest, baddest shoe collection, I opted for a true rocker spirit- inside and out.

I completed my Nine West, Stormchasr stiletto ensemble, with a MANGO leopard top and earrings, BCBGeneration lamé skirtHeidi Gardner body-part jewelry, and staples from my own closet: leather jacket, fur collar, leather-fringed messenger belt, sunglasses and metal-plated statement necklace.

If you love Rock and Roll as much as us bloggers do, look no further than the Rock of Glam trend. It is no doubt that Nine West has the go-to shoe collection for these tortured souls and melodic spirits...

Care to pump up your Charmaine leather-fringed booties to our NINE AND THE GANG playlist? Do subscribe here.

This is my gang, WHATS YOURS? Share your gang photos on Instagram or Twitter tagging @NineWest with the hashtag #NineAndTheGang and you can win free shoes for your entire gang! Official rules can be found online at http://on.fb.me/SAqOoG
